Leadership
The team behind Quantic
Quantic is led by young engineers who pair technical depth with a drive to modernise how Zambian industry operates.
Peter Kabamba
Managing Director · Electrical & Electronics Engineer | Software Developer
Peter is an Electrical & Electronics Engineer and full-stack software developer with hands-on experience in mining-sector instrumentation and process measurement systems on the Copperbelt. He builds Quantic's own software products, including the Lenda marketplace and the TapMobile payments app, and leads the company's work in networking, servers, instrumentation, and automation. Working in the Copperbelt's industrial environment showed him how often operations are held back by dated, disconnected systems, and how much well-built software and infrastructure can change that. He graduated top of his 2020 diploma cohort. As Managing Director, Peter leads Quantic's vision to modernise how Zambian businesses and industry operate.
Harold Kabamba
Director · Mechanical Engineer & Security Specialist
Harold is a Mechanical Engineer and physical-security specialist focused on the protection of copper in transit and the safeguarding of industrial assets. He pairs mechanical engineering insight with practical, ground-level security expertise - a combination well suited to the realities of Copperbelt operations. As a Director, Harold strengthens Quantic's multidisciplinary capability and its commitment to delivering secure, reliable outcomes.
Together, Peter and Harold bring complementary expertise across electrical, mechanical, software, and security disciplines - a young leadership team combining technical depth with the drive to deliver change.
