Copper process · The concentrator
A plant made of connected circuits.
The concentrator upgrades copper-bearing ore into concentrate through several linked processes. Mills, classifiers, flotation cells, pumps and instruments work together; it is not a single machine.
Open a circuit
Explore a representative sulphide circuit. Crushing may be counted upstream or within the processing complex depending on the site's naming scheme. Circuit order and recycle arrangements are reviewed for each application.

Utilities and analysis cross circuit boundaries
Power, control networks, operator information and measurement systems support multiple process stages. Their interfaces need the same attention as the machines themselves.
