Conveying and stockpile
Conveyors transfer material between machines and storage areas. A stockpile can buffer feed. Weighing, elemental analysis and physical sampling answer different questions: how much material moves, what it contains, and what is collected for examination.
What arrives
Crushed ore
What leaves
Transferred or reclaimed ore feeding the next circuit
Equipment and support
Loading component explorer.
- Belt drive and gearbox
Transfers power to the conveyor's drive pulley.
- Belt, pulleys and idlers
Support and move the material through the transfer path.
- Belt scale
Measures material flow through a weighing installation.
- Elemental-analysis point
Offers a location to assess moving-ore XRF feasibility.
- Pull-cord interface
Provides a safety-related field input within an approved plant design.
Sources and equipment-specific detail
No typical motor ratings, throughput or operating targets are assumed. Supply nameplate and application information for an equipment-specific discussion. The cable tool retains its existing limitations.
- Copper extraction and beneficiation
EPA technical background: crushing, grinding, flotation and process boundaries. Historical reference, not a site design.
- Over-belt elemental analysis
A conveyor application reference. This does not establish slurry compatibility.
